Worst network provider I ever used
I have been living in three different countries with more than 6 to 7 different network providers, Virgin Media is by far the worst I have ever used. The network is super unstable, connected with strong wifi but no internet access on random devices all the time. And the app does nothing but restart the network but with no improvement at all. The help centre is another nightmare, the staff will always tell you to restart or reset the network despite I already told them I have done that multiple times and have contacted them with the same issue before. If any of you thinking of using Virgin Media, reconsider it before it's too late.
Cannot login unless I turn on iCloud keychain
Their QA were too lazy to test login methods. Login only work if I enable icloud keychain and make passphrases work via keychain as "that's what they had enabled at that time". I want neither because of my own privacy concerns. This is bad planning and bad development, and through this I'm forced to always log in from a desktop machine. I cannot use the app. At all. Just because I don't want to vendor lock-in myself to iCloud keychain. You are all in the wrong: if someone knows their own password, be flexible about the second log in factor because this is ridiculous!
Cancelling virgin media
The worst nightmare it is very difficult to get rid of them I was willing to pay the full amount what was left in the contract, they said I will have to pay extra just coz your paying early and cancelling the service, virgin media stop looting people, guys stay away from virgin media
No good at all
a practically fraudulent company, in which when you ask for a service and the high prices are expensive, everything is fine. but when you want to get out of it it is practically a nightmare in which you will have to make many calls, they will hang up on you repeatedly, and they will put a thousand obstacles in place so that in the end you get annoyed and continue paying the very high prices they have compared to the competition.
