Has the message "Sorry we can't play this at the moment". I have a reset and updated app. Been like this for a week
Cannot connect
I no longer can connect to the app on any of my devices. Keep saying service to not available try in few minutes. But nothing happens. Complained to virgin a number of times but no resolution. Rubbish app, rubbish service from virgin.

The app keeps crashing. In the middle of watching something it stops working and get not available message.

Please release an update.. The app has stopped working since the last update.
Annoying App
Restricts you to 5 devices and then only allows you to stream only two at any time. Utterly pointless and unsuitable for family use. Bonkers. Get a grip Virgin.
App update stops TNT Sport access
An app that wasn’t broken and didn’t need fixing has now been updated to ‘fix bugs’. However it has introduced new ones such as no access to TNT which is included with Virgin which I can still watch on my TV but not on the app. Shocking do not recommend
