New app can’t open
I get a message saying to download the new app, click it, and the store says not available. The welcome message says I’m still free to use the old app however the developers forgot to put a close button on the pop up so I literally can’t use the app anymore.. just one big pop up welcome message
No tariff or bill info available.
This app only shows tabs for booking an engineer or my account details. There are no details of accounts - that page is blank. There are no details of tariffs - also blank. There seems no point at all in this app, if I cannot view usage.

Terrrible customers service. I wasted 15 hours with representatives that just disappear when chatting and leave you checking your phone.

Love the app! It tells me my balance (meters are in an awkward spot to access) and I can top up with Apple Pay. The process takes less than a minute!
