I keep getting system error

Terrible app
Constantly has issues. Can almost never load into the app without getting error messages. Never remembers my payments, I’m constantly going in and setting up a payment for my bill, then 3 days after it was supposed to take the money it just says my payment is late and makes me manually go in and set up the payment yet again. Awful UI as well. This app just needs to be completely rewritten, probably the worst app experience I’ve ever had
Recurring payments set up for 2 locations and I am always late
Recurring payments set up for 2 locations and I am always past due. How is that possible? It only pick up one bill form one location and not the other.

TERRIBLE WEBSITE SERVICE
I’ve had Auto pay setup for months now and all Of a sudden my service was shut off for non payment 🤔seems weird when it’s been auto pay and now it’s not (and not done by me) and I have plenty of money to pay my bill in my account

I set this up when I changed my Bank Account. Now it doesn’t even let me find a way to reset this. Stop making it so hard to pay you.
