You can’t see the billing since new update worst app I have used hands down. Other than shows you your account number….
Switching 5 to 2.4 gig
The app does not allow and Iphone 12 to switch between 5 and 2.4 gig. This makes it impossible to connect wifi devices that operate on 2.4 gig

What app for any service you pay for doesn't have an option for faceID/fingerprint?? User interface is terrible for a big company like this... You want to save money by having customers pay online rather than check by mail but this makes customers not want to go through the hassle of the app when all it does is takes you to an online browser anyhow.

This app is now useless! Have to log in every time. I try to view my statement and it flips me to the website and it won’t load.

I am not sure why you changed you application but this one is horrible. Constantly crashes and not helpful at all
Bad update
Wow this new version is absolutely horrible!! Why would you launch something like this. Doesn’t even fit my screen so have to pinch and pull. And fonts are all jacked up. Stop raising prices to launch stuff like this.
