We recently traded in our phones for newer phones. We were told to turn in one of the two phones (an older version 6SE) in order to receive the promotion. However TONY couldn’t figure out how to transfer everything from the old phone to the newer phone so he allowed us to bring it home to backup and do the transfer ourselves. We then drove back into town 3 hours later to return the OLD PHONE only to be told by another employee that they didn’t need or want the old phone. Fast forward 3 days we get an angry phone call from TONY stating we have to bring in the OLD PHONE or we will be charged. How in the world can two employees tell us two different answers. We are so disappointed in AT&T and the lack of communication and knowledge.

This app runs worse then anything I’ve ever seen. It honestly seems like Dial up would be faster then this. The time it takes to navigate from one menu to the next is enough to watch the Avenger’s movie franchise in full.
To hight on the bill
I try to make payment arrangements and you guys still don’t let me set it up and all my stuff is paid off except my tablet and you’re still charging me more than what I am using so I do not like AT&T. I’m ready to go to back to my land phone please fix your payment arrangements and drop the bill. It doesn’t have to be so high for people to use the phone.
App keeps crashing at start, since last 2 updates 03/24
The app was working for me since March, on last 2 updates now it keeps crashing on start, is not good, I can’t access my account and do my monthly stuff!

The worst phone company e er!!!
The worst phones service ever!!! Have contract for phone for$ 35 a month but out right put the whole phone on one bill. Did everything they asked me to do to get phone back to them. On top of that!!! They never got my 2 watch paired with my 2 phone but charged me every month for 6 months and I tried to get them to fix it each month. Still never fixed it but still charged me for it. Now I have talked to them every month and keep getting the same run around saying they will credit back but never have. I have been on the phone now for 7 hours on 3 different phones setting on hold. ( as I’m writhing this review I’m still on hold!!!) never
