I have to re-enter my debit card every month that I have to pay my electric bill. Please fix that
Works fine for me
I don’t understand why so many people hate this app. It works fine for me. it even help me figure out that my furnace was using too much electric and wasn’t even working. By. Looking at my usage every day I fixed my energy over consumption by my heat and brought my bill back down to 1/4 of what it was. I use it for my bills and I pay using it every payment goes through fine. Not sure why others have issues. I also delete the app unless I’m using it to save space on my phone and I have no problem signing in every time.

Smart hub not so smart and no phone number to call
I tried to set this up for a rural property utility and smart hub automatically added the address across the street. I could see my neighbors utility bill. I couldn’t undo it. There’s no number to contact them. The rural utility thankfully helped me out. I’ll stick with the old paper way of sending a check to the rural utility. At least that always works. Smart hub does not.
Cannot log in due to analytics abuse
I recently installed an ad blocker (pi hole) and now I cannot log in to the app. I checked the logs from pi hole and the app is sending excessive amounts of profiling data from the first click. The app is using data brokers I am not willing to share profiling data with.

For over 1 year, this app only says “servers not found”. I’m never able to log in. April 2024. After submitting this review, I will delete the app as it is completely useless. CSL Louisiana
