Debit cards
The app doesn’t accept my debit cards. So when I wanna pay with my debit card, I have to use it in the optimum office.
New app
This new app is horrible. It doesn’t tell you automatically your balance or your credit. Also have never had a problem paying and my payment will not go through on the app. Chatting doesn’t help because they have no idea what they are talking about. Telling me it’s all on my end, but when I log into optimum on the computer I have no problems. Go figure!
