Update
I use the primerarly for alternate street parking and to report issues. This app rated 5 stars was amazing and easy to navigate. Before The update it was user friendly. Swipe right and you could see the next day and all info. I can never understand why developers change things - different is not always better.

You can no longer file complaints on the app, everything gets directed to the 311 website which takes 2-3 times as long to compete the same tasks.

Illegally parked car on the sidewalk? 3 days goes by “couldn’t find the car”. Of course not, it’s 3 days. Sketchy homeless person who might be ODing on the subway platform. - one month goes by and then closed. It’s as if they aren’t even trying to police this city (they actually aren’t) App seems nice after the new update.
