I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the block.a app. My roommates and I have been scheduling tours, and we have often had to schedule several in one day due to our busy schedules. This app allowed us to tour these apartments on our own time and not worry about making an appointment. Additionally, we were able to spend as long as we wanted in the apartment taking measurements, discussing what we liked about it, and determining if it was the right fit for us. The only downside is not being able to ask questions to a leasing agent while you’re in the apartment, but our agent was very helpful when we emailed them a list of questions after the fact.
