I honestly wouldn’t recommend bolt bus. I’ve used it quite a few times now, hoping and seeing if maybe the next time it will get better but it doesn’t. I’ve had to wait an hour past the departure time because the bus wouldn’t show up. It was during December in Oregon so you can imagine it was cold. The drivers aren’t very nice and both look or talk to you like you’re incompetent. I just expected more, but the pricing isn’t so bad I’ll give them that.

I take this bus and it’s comfortable and convenient not to mention cheap. This app has the worst UX. It does not save your login. It does not save your paypal or credit card. You can’t display or save your ticket QR code within the app. You should be able to save your app ticket to Apple wallet.

Tells me I need to download the latest version of the app, that the version I’m using is of limited functionality. I delete app, reinstall, get the same message again. When i try to log in, app tells me my credential aren’t correct but same user name and password work on the full site. Tech support tells me nothing. It’s worthless 3/19 Update: still not worth a nickel. 11/2019 App shows I’m due a free ride but won’t let me book—finally just paid and that went through. Their web support is useless. Don’t bother contacting them. The positive reviews here must be fake.

Tried 1281 for my booking. Also tried leaving Atlanta, arriving to Montgomery, AL — nothing.
