Unreliable
I always get the tickets back after contacting customer service, but it’s irritating to have to email them every time the app freezes during a purchase… because it happens ALL THE TIME!! I the get stuck rushing to get a ticket at a fare vending machine… if one is available. Can’t this system be just a bit more reliable?

If only king county could find some good developers to make an app. Log in is tedious, finally gave up and used Apple ID to log in. For payment, they won’t take Apple Pay so you have to enter all your CC info and save the card. And by enter it I mean you have to type everything in because the fields don’t work with autofill. Then for some reason you have to enter the CID to complete the purchase. Overall, big fail for someplace that considers itself a tech hub. We can do better.

I was able to use this app today to get from downtown to the dealership my car was at and saved $70 versus using a Lyft. The step by step instructions and being able to buy tickets on the app made the whole process a lot easier. Since I’m not familiar with the transit system here it was a little daunting at first but I feel comfortable utilizing it more in the future now because I know I can use this app to get where I need to go.

This app crashes every. single. time. I try to use the trip planner. It’s ok for basic purchases but the other functionality is absolutely busted.
