Auto load failure
Will not let me set up auto load. Very annoying. Having to take a cab now instead of Bart.
Broken, hard to use
Setting up auto load is a grotesque misadventure. UX is generally a pain.
Navigation
This app is awful! Very confusing & not user friendly!
Dark mode
Dont care about anything else but it’s 2024 and no darkmode on such a simple app is criminal
Not good for infrequent riders
Terrible system for occasional users. I loaded money on the card for a trip tonight, and found out it takes days to process and show up on the card.
No map?
The app should have a map showing the current location of the cars. Or at least a static map of where the lines go.
Horrible
The entire non working manpower need to be fired for such a terribly undesigned and dysfunctional app for a major city transit system. The reviews spell it out.
