Setting an appointment has proven to be very accurate and very easy to do. However, my very first appointment I scheduled through the system did Not provide the Doctor I selected. The Substitute Dr was nice and had pretty good beside manner so it wasn’t a terrible experience. However, just made a new appointment, hoping to have better results this time around. Keep yall posted.

Functionality of this app is ok? However every time it showed a dr that took my insurance it was incorrect, despite using my insurance ID number to identify my insurance plan. Then when I thought I found a dr in network, the app gave me TWO different suite numbers both of which were wrong, then when I found the office they didn’t have any of my information and were indeed NOT IN NETWORK. My bad for not calling separately to check but I figured the app was functioning properly and that was false. Don't waste your time, I deleted my account immediately.
