Helpful, Until They Weren’t
Beware, beware, beware. Especially for Gender Affirming Care services. They require appointments every three months for GAHC. The first several months were fine, prescription refills were often care free and handled automatically with my pharmacy’s refill requests being honored. That all changed a few months ago when they stopped responding to the pharmacy…so I had to contact them directly on a case by case basis for each medication. Not all refills were issued promptly or, ultimately, at all. This very quickly became stressful and unmanageable situation that resulted in me running out of medication that should not just be stopped, despite repeated efforts to request refills ahead of time. The final straw was when they insisted on an appointment for a refill of Estradiol, which I’ve been taking for several years. I already had an appointment scheduled within two weeks and needed a 28 day refill to avoid running out and going off meds. They refused, even though I last had an appointment barely two months ago. Hard pass.
Billing
In January I was charged 1300 dollars in two days because of ‘back billing’ even though they was wrong. After days of messaging, because you don’t use phones, I was told I would get $1000 back. I only got a little over $700 back and now (may) I have been charged over 400$ for no reason. Mind you no warning no asking if they can charge my card…THEY DO IT WITHOUT PERMISSION. I AM ACTUALLY ON MY WAY TO THE POLICE STATION NOW BECAUSE NO ONE WILL ANSWER AND THEY ARE TAKING MONEY WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION OR PERMISSION AND NOT RESPONDING IN ANY TYPE OD TIMLY MATTER!!!!! Theeeeeee worst!!!!!
Helpful but hard to reach your provider
This app is great and you can get same day appointment to get med refills etc. However, there is no way to directly contact your provider if there’s any issues. No phone number to call. And it takes days and days to hear back. I still prefer it to a traditional doctors office.

Dr Garland listened to everything i had to say she was patient with me and answered all my questions and seemed like she realy cared. Comparedto my doctor now she is ten times better

If I could rate it -17393 I would. Better Business Bureau has a rating of 1.45/5 stars with 77 complaints closed in the last 12 months. This establishment should be shut down. If you see on zocdoc a doctor is part of this, run for the hilla. The doctor wrote the wrong directions on my prescription and my pharmacy will not fill it due to his error. There is no way to get in touch with the doctor and the circle medical team had no way of getting in touch with him either. They did not do anything to rectify the situation and now it is the end of the next day, and I still do not have my needed medication. They treat prescriptions as if you are waiting on an Amazon package. You will never get anyone on the phone, even with requesting.
