Disappointed
I like to use an app a few times before I get ratings so here goes. The first time I used the app it went really well. The second time was decent. This last time I used the app they went through all the questions and said I should see one of their docs. I saw the doc for what was as sinus infection and bronchitis. The doc kept asking the same questions over and over again with no change in my answers to then tell me they couldn’t treat those symptoms through the app and then told me to go to a physical walk in doctor. They still charged me claiming they gave a referral. They sent no referrals to anyone and I still had to go to an urgent care and pay for them. The urgent care diagnosed me with the same issue I told the app doc I had and got prescribed antibiotics that the app doc could’ve prescribed. It was a waste of my time and my money. So if you have any kind of possible sinus infection or bronchitis, don’t bother using this app. It will be a waste of your money.

This place appears to be a scam. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR YOUR ANNUAL WELLNESS SCREENING. We booked a virtual wellness exam for which is covered by insurance. This is used to qualify for reduced insurance rates at work. When they billed our insurance, they did not bill it as an Wellness exam. So we were charged the full amount and it did not qualify us for reduced rates. We had to go the wellness exam somewhere else. Khealth customer service was not able to assist in any way. Avoid them at all costs and find a real provider!

I was very excited for this resource because I needed to talk to a doctor about something simple. I scheduled an appointment, showed up to the “live chat” feature for my appointment 10 minutes early, and then proceeded to wait for two hours. I was not provided an explanation as to why my doctor didn’t show up, but was instead prompted to schedule a new appointment. After waiting over 2 hours for a no-show on a work day, I will not be using this resource again and I do not recommend that anyone else use it.
