The wooooorst
I’ve been using this app to see my therapist for 4+ years but after the app update earlier this year, it’s impossible. Literally. I can’t log in for scheduled appointments, the help center can see the appointment but there is no way for me to enter its very frustrating. I’ve done phone calls with livehealth 2 days now and no solution yet. Customer service people are nice but why did the app stop working?

The care I receive is phenomenal, top tier. The issue I have is not being able to make changes to an appointment that is scheduled in advance. This app is offering services for mental health, the patient needs to have access to the appointments that are scheduled and to make it even worse they do not allow the people answering the phones to change your appointment or cancel it either. Absolutely unacceptable. Especially when there’s a fee applied for appointments that are missed. I’ve been trying to cancel my appointment for 3 days now and cannot get any assistance.

The new version of this app and the system in general is super glitchy and a pain to use. Even my clinician has admitted to daily problems with the system. I’ve spent the last month trying to set up a follow up appointment with a clinician and there is never available time slots posted, which isn’t accurate because he told me he has plenty of open spots. The app can’t even handle in-app video anymore- it boots you to a browser, where the settings aren’t carried over. Super glitchy, super inefficient. The only perk for me is the service is free thru my insurance. I guess you get what you (don’t) pay for.

The overall function and concept of this app is good but it is certain doctors that ruin the overall experience. I reached out to urgent care because I had a high blood pressure reading and was having multiple symptoms of high blood pressure and I was brushed off and told I dont need anything because Im "young" and gave me the the most common sense "solutions" which I have done already. Waste of my money. Terrible bedside manners.

This app is likely good for urgent care or other services that do not necessarily require somebody to know your history. However, scheduling continuing care with a therapist is terrible. It does not let you select somebody, but rather just suggests some random person each time. It takes way too much work to just schedule a follow up.

Child came home sick and had appointment where all I got was a school note. Started showing new symptoms and ended up having to go to a Patient First for follow up since Customer Service couldn’t get ahold of the Dr. also lots of issues with the app and with messaging in the app.
