Questions I’ve had about benefits and recent medical care charges were easily available on my phone at my fingertips! Claims have been processed quickly so I can contact providers with questions about billing costs I received.

Filters for provider search are much less comprehensive than on the Engage website, the number of providers it pulls up is also significantly different than the site. Filters also don’t seem to work correctly, only pulled up a single provider for the specialty I was looking for when nearly 700 providers allegedly offer it. Will be going back to the website, app is essentially unusable without working filters.
