It’s a scam, the products to minimal to no effect on growth. They also will not refund you within 48 hours of processing. But they will not notify you about the product until after it is shipped off so you are unaware the billing before it happens.

United StatesCancelled my subscription because I have period cramps
I requested to switch medications because the one they prescribed was supposed to stop my periods and instead made me bleed. I made the mistake of telling them I get cramps with my periods (hence why I was on the medication, to manage my symptoms!) and they were like “oh sorry you need to see a doctor in person for that so we’re canceling your subscription.” I’m uninsured and this is the only birth control I could afford. So instead of just switching me to a different medication now I have nothing. Screw them.

I wanted to get on medication for anxiety and depression. I got a score of 21/24 for the depression score & 19/21 for the anxiety score and said I wasn’t a candidate for treatment. This is a joke, it’s an app to get “help” but when I very clearly need it I don’t qualify for it.

I am ordering my first hair vitamins but it says do I want to refill it. I’m confused why it says refill it when I have never ordered it before.

When you out your card in and click “pay $0 now” it is a lie. I finally got to the page where I can see my subscription and I decided to not go through with it and closed the app after seeing commitment times and prices. I was then told I could not be refunded as I “confirmed” it. Which I never did. After seeing all the 1 star ratings saying the same thing happened I am realizing they are doing this on purpose.
