App not worth it
The support never answers the phone no matter what time of day it is or what day it is. I’m missing hours because I can’t login too get the jobs. The old system worked this new system is a disaster.
Worse app
Even when location is on it gives us a hard time clocking.

It keeps logging me out an when i put my number in it says contact support i texted the number no response an i called it keeps hanging up on me so frustrating this how i clock in an out for work
Update
Not able to see the clients that I have. The shifts show or they don’t they come and go as they please even though they are supposed to be up there. I could be In the middle of a shift and the clients name disappears from my shifts for that day. Because of that I’m not able to clock in and out or see the clients plan and address information. It’s aggravating!
