Multiple problems
1. When working overnight it goes to the next day and then it’s hard to go back. 2. It should go back and show past shifts 3. The gps tool should be better calibrated. 4. No spell check in app 5. Not easy to get into your settings.
Unexpected (unwelcome) Changes
I use this app as part of my job. That being said, it is EXTREMELY annoying when changes to the process of logging in are made. Inevitably, the changes trigger “glitches” that cause the app to crash, time out in error or delay login outside our employer mandated window to login or logout. My employer is rarely aware of any changes having been made when I encounter issues. The “Spinning Wheel of Delay” is an all-too-familiar sight when attempting to log in or log out; the delays cause me to clock in one or two minutes late and delay logging out.
Tasks
Can someone please change the way the task list is presented? If I have 23 tasks, they should all be listed and then at the end yes or no. If yes, end of clocking out. If no, then you can comment on whichever tasks you did not do. This thing where I have to click on every task individually EVERY DAY is annoying and time-consuming. Can someone please change this? P.S. most people are saying yes to everything and not even looking at what these tasks say after the first week of doing it. PLEASE CHANGE THIS! Also please make it so I can see the password when putting it in so I don’t have to go back and change the whole thing if one letter or number is wrong. This app is really antiquated and not up to par at all.
Bad connection to GPS or system
It used to be a good APP but unfortunately, it started giving problems, it freezes itself, it disconnects from the GPS and it’s impossible to clock in or out. No customer service at the end you have to do everything manually.
Glitch
App does not allow me to punch in or out because there is “no location for client,” which makes no sense since my agency doesn’t pay mileage. And as remote as this client is, the telephone system has to be used to check me in & out, but it lets me put in my tasks & comments. Just dumb.
Company
It needs to accommodate various companies as well. Meaning one person can sign in different companies from different emails. Because one caregiver can work in 2 different companies using the same app.
