Very slow or glitchy app
Don’t know what is going on with this app, but you can’t even switch between screens in the app without it lagging super bad, it will be a blank screen, maybe it’s a glitch but I always have to exit the app and restart what I’m doing. It’s not very user friendly, especially when you are searching something, click on it to read it and you want to go back to the other search results it won’t show you them anymore, you have to retype it each time. Wastes a lot of time. The clients themselves are great but the app needs work!
Poor business ethics and scam
With this agency, don’t expect any return calls or response from their support or CareAdvisor representative! I even have their manager told me once that “they are not train to give call backs.” yet, they don’t answer inbound calls and when you leave a voice message, they don’t call you! What good is a support team if you can’t reach the person in charge? They also have job post on their App., or site. But these job post are on there for over a year long!!! Out dated and non-active.. What a cheap pathetic scams to wheel people in. To add to that, if you work for a couple. You are technically working and servicing two people under the same roof because morally you can not avoid one over the other, but your PAY will only be for ONE individual because their system only allows you to clock in for one client! So technically you double your work loud for two, but your pay is for only one client! They said “it is what it is.” There must be some legal issues here regarding how CareLinx is profiting from their Caregivers. I hope they get penalize for their illegal practices. Just beware!
App doesn’t work
I wish I could say it’s a good company but the app doesn’t work for iPhone so I can’t even login. There’s no way of reporting the issue either maybe one day they will fix the problem
Terrible company as far as delaying payments
If you want to get paid in 1-2 weeks work here. They always have a reason to deny the timesheet, with insignificant reasons, like you sure you worked those hours or who signed your time sheet, or 530 form outdated. They are stalling ….. run
Carelinx
I have Carelinx through AT&T retiree insurance. I have sent ten (10!) requests to workers to come for only 4 hours a week. I do not get responses. It’s very disheartening that I have a benefit worth $5,000-$7,000 a year and I cannot benefit from it. I’m done with them and asking my employer to change and use someone else. I finally received a response from Carelinx on 10-27-23, ABOUT A YEAR AFTER MY REVIEW. SO SAD. THANK GOD I found my own caretaker for Carelinx to hire. Now we have idiosyncrasies when trying to load an invoice or get her paid. I’ve also complained to @United Healthcare to consider another way to cover AT&T Retirees. As conveyed, too many internal problems. Thank God my caretaker is awesome.

No support
I have reached out multiple times to get my account reset it says my email and phone number are already in use but when I go and reset my password it says my email is invalid!! I emailed multiple times to get them to re set it and no one responds!!! Please help.
