I did a review last year under the name of SheTrending and here I am again with another view. I feel as if this app is a scam because how ever they do reach out to you but does not hire you for the job. The day I applied it has been 3days later and no response or the position is filled. This app is a joke! You never talk to anyone verbally it’s always through texting. This is unprofessional! Please avoid this app this job because I am also taking this situation towards the BBB.

Hopefully this would reach someone. I have been hired for the Caregiver position and I have finished the orientation. The lady name Kristi sent me a client and asked if I was interested and I have typed yes at least three times and no response. My cell phone is off and I have been trying to find an email to let someone know that I am in need of work. The app is great and yes you can change your email and pay rate. But it would be nice to add an email to communicate with support or at least a chat to chat with someone. So please add that soon. This company and this app has potential but need two upgrades and it will be much better.
