App randomly signs me out every 10-15 minutes
It makes documentation a nightmare

I have used this app for the last 5 months. This is the app my nursing facility uses to complete online charting. Some nights it has worked well. But at least once a week and some times more than 3 times a week, I will loose my charting. This occurs several ways. First, this can happen as I am working in my hourly charting and then all of a sudden the screen freezes and it logs me out. If I had not previously saved a draft of my work, I loose everything in my hourly charting. Second, if you accidentally hit the X button while in the hourly charting, and then hit cancel, all of your work is deleted. Click “save”/“save draft” every time if you accidentally hit the X. Third, sometimes you have just had the app open to long it seems so it automatically logs you out when you try to refresh the page. I hope you saved a draft. Last, and this occurs with every time whether you have saved a draft or not, you will loose your interventions and goals every time. There is no way to save them. They may have been completely done but now all that work is gone. This happens to me often enough that I try to save typing these and clicking them until the last hour of my shift. I now save a draft after I chart each individual hour. This saves me time in that I don’t have to redo all of my charting. I use an iPad with a keyboard to chart mostly. I have also used my iPhone. I wish I could use my laptop. If you are a DON or Nursing supervisor looking for a charting app for your nursing staff, try looking elsewhere before settling on this app. It is the only part of my job that I dislike.

I just started working for the company using this platform about a month ago. Since I have started using it I’ve had nothing but issues. When I go to clock out and put all of my care notes in it will put the notes in and say I’ve clocked out, but it leaves me clocked in for hours. I’ve double checked many times. It also doesn’t always clock me in either. So my client and I will get assaulted with phone calls asking if I’m even there. Which I am. Often times when I go to clock in it says server error. I have a new client, and now I have no access to their information that I need to know. I also can’t see their address. So I have to call in to figure it out. I was also scheduled 40 hours a week with a new client, but the system had a glitch, nothing was saved, and someone else got the client. Now I’m down to 20 hours a week. I can’t pay my bills off of 20 hours a week. The scheduling employee told me about the issue. I can’t believe with the poor reviews that the company would even use this app especially when handling sensitive information, and the fact that dozens of employees need this information to be 100# accurate and correct at all times. and We need to be able to be able to review client info for safety and care for our clients. Needs a lot of work!
