I love my new hearing aids, did not realize how much I was missing. John at the Lebanon store is so helpful, knowledgeable about the product and made me feel so at ease during the complete process. John has great customer relationship. The product is absolutely wonderful so easy to wear and adjust the sound has great features I am so happy I decided to get the hearing aid product. After speaking with several of my friends about their aids which are different from mine your product is the best ! Thank you for a great product and the customer service that John gave me and still does if I need anything. It is so nice to know there is someone that knows the product and is so helpful and John is that person. It would be beneficial if one could turn the telephone process off and on easily like you do for tv. Also instead of having all phone interactions taking place when ever, have a method to turn music or games sound off and on. More buttons to control the various options in a cell phone

The ReSound aids and app really improves my ability to hear better in many situations but it’s not perfect for every situation because of my severe hearing loss . I’m on my second set of ReSound hearing aids from the VA and they keep getting better and much better than the previous aids I have had over the past 30+ years. One problem with the app is that when Apple updates their software all it the custom settings I have set on the ReSound app except stream tv and micro Mike disappeared. This has happened several times. It is easy to reset them however. When I wrote ReSound to try to notify them of the problem they responded it was my fault not there’s. I give up on ReSound for them fixing the problem and will just reset the custom settings in the future.

Definitely an upgrade from my previous hearing aids (6 yrs old). App still needs work. Not intuitive for none computer types, such as me. Some voice types are still difficult to understand. Suggest also getting the TV amplifying devise, definitely worth the price.
