The volume setting for the watch app does absolutely nothing for my Nucleus 6 and now Nucleus 7 processors. I need the ability to set the sensitivity levels to make this app useful. This is the same setting that the iPhone app has and it works great to adjust environment volume.

We need the ability to rename the TV streamers TV1, TV2, etc. should be able to be renamed things like “Home TV” “Church” etc., names that make sense to the user. The old Resound app allowed this and it was most useful.

The app is pretty good for being able to control my N8 processor. I wish there was an update to support bimodal for the Resound Nexia (recent model) hearing aid, as switching back and forth between apps to help get the needed settings when there is background noise is difficult and a little embarrassing. I feel like I have to explain to people that I’m not playing on my phone as I switch back and forth between the apps to get both my N8 processor and my Resound Nexia HA to a setting that works. As a side note, the description of this app does not state that it supports the N8, but it does.

The idea of the application is great, being able to control both my implant and my hearing aid from the same place makes using/controlling great. The reason I gave this one star is the difficulty I have been having pairing both devices to the app and keeping them paired. Sometimes I can get them to pair correctly but it takes quite a while to do and then they may not stay paired. The last time it took over an hour and they only stayed for a couple of hours. To the best of my knowledge I did nothing that would have caused them to unpair. My phone is an iPhone 15pro that I have had about 4 months and I have deleted, completely removed, the app and reinstalled it. Looking for a new app.

App disconnects for no reason at all and has an incredibly hard time connecting to the Kanso 2. And if you ever need to find your processor, forget it. The app cannot locate it and is completely useless in locating your device.
