When it works, it is great. Need to continuely set up connections, then the display only shows volume. What happened to tone and direction? Pain in the butt!
The last one was so much better
I can’t do anything. Before I had fantastic options, but now just one lousy choice that gives lousy speaking and hearing.
Using for a year and mostly satisfied
Basically, the app just works! Especially like the ability to control in noisy environments. However, need to contact support as it has recently been unresponsive. Hopefully this is a temporary thing.
FaceTime
My daughters contract number for FaceTime goes to my Signia app. I’ve tried deleting her contact information and putting it back in but it doesn’t work. How can I fix it?
App constantly not connecting.
The app is constantly disconnecting with the aids. Put in new batteries; nothing. Follow troubleshooting as suggested; nothing. I delete and re up on the app and it works for an hour then reverts back to non Bluetooth. The 312 7x constantly disconnecting with Bluetooth. It becomes very embarrassing when you are among people and they hear your Bluetooth. And it has gotten worse since the new version of your app has recently come online. Have let my Dr. of audiology that have purchased the aids from and it was agreed that this person will not be recommending your aids.

Have trouble adjusting the volume!
Low volume from my iphone
My 7ax aids are 1 year old and suddenly have low audio in both HA’s from my phone. My olume control audio is low, and my microphone level to the caller is also low. Also, no instructions available on how to replace the rechargeable batteries.
