After most recent upgrade the app keeps on crashing

After doing an uninstall and re-install the app is now working again and is much faster.

Signia app and hearing aids keep losing Sync.

No sync part of the time. This needs to be re designed. This is a very old response on your part. I figured out how to fix on my own by delete and repeat.

Bluetooth

It is a rarity that app works when I put hearing aids in. Always have to restart aids by turning off phone. Very annoying.

Walking

I have been walking long periods of time with at least 1000 or more steps and I only seem to get 200 or more. Please check the distance walking and try to correct what I believe is an issue. Thank you.

Directional hearing

The directional system doesn’t seem to change things much and maybe more advertising than the reality. I have heard that these have a double chip for the hearing process rather than a single chip, like Oticon or others. But it doesn’t seem to change that much. In a group setting where is sound behind you that is just noise it’s still there no matter what - so it really doesn’t cut out the sound behind you. It just does something but all the sound behind you is echoing forward, and is still audible in a prominent way, not suppressed. So I’m disappointed in that. I also find that the rectangular configuration of the device it goes in the ear is not very anatomic, and the corner edges are irritable. I’m not sure why you didn’t make them round and little more anatomic. I have looked at Q-tips as we all have for many years and they don’t have any square ones, maybe this doesn’t matter for most people who don’t have somewhat narrow canals. But I would suggest if you have narrow neural canals, something else might work as well or better. It is certainly easier to put these in in my ear than the Oticon, which has very little to hold to. But is irritating because if it’s angular nature. I would prefer an equalizer for base mid range and high frequencies in terms of sound adjustment. This concept of sharp at the top and soft at the bottom actually does minimal change but if you’re listening to music in your earphones with the Bluetooth and has basically little effect or none. I asked the audiologist fitting these ones and he said it was just simplified. So if you’re music listener and a critical music listener maybe others are better. I don’t know. But if you don’t listen to music this would probably be fine. I wish someone would explain this double chip concept versus the single chip concept and where does it impact what I’m hearing. It’s all over the advertisements, but it’s not on the website or literature that is minimal that comes with 7IX which I am trying out. Thanks for listening, so to speak.

Hearing app

When it works, it is great. Need to continuely set up connections, then the display only shows volume. What happened to tone and direction? Pain in the butt!

The last one was so much better

I can’t do anything. Before I had fantastic options, but now just one lousy choice that gives lousy speaking and hearing.
