Disappointed
It’s sad that there’s only one app Thrive that you can use with your hearing aids, the app updated last week and now they won’t connect by Bluetooth? I know it’s not my iPhone 15 issue and the help app on thrive has been completely useless. I own a pair of Livo 2400 it tells me to open and close the battery door but there’s no door to open.

The pp works like some of my employees. Only when it feels like it. Might be the worst app I’ve ever dealt with. The response you provided to me was as worthless as your app. I literally have to delete the app and reinstall it sometimes to get it to work. I routinely miss calls because your app says it “can’t find” my hearing aids. When I find another app to use I will do so in a minute. This app is complete garbage.
Apps Shouldn’t Make Life More Difficult.
There have been so many issues over the course of a year that I don’t know where to begin. The app freezes at random and even restarting the phone doesn’t help. TV Streaming stops working at random and cannot be reengaged and it may be hours before TV Streaming can be reengaged. The equalization resets at random. The volume of the mic and stream reset every time the phone screen turns off. Even hearing professionals I’ve visited are boggled by the app behavior. It seems the only features of the app that work are those that track your “engagement” or “activity”. The disappointment towards this app is simply not measurable.
The worst app
This is the worst app I have ever used. I would software developer for 40 years and it doesn’t maintain connection it. It’s pathetic if I could give it zero stars I would.
Hearing Aides won’t stay connected to app
Please fix the problem . You have not had an update for months. This is unacceptable. Surely there is a way to stay connected while using an iPhone.

Why I'll never buy another Starkey hearing aid
I bought the Starkey hearing aids in 2021 after I lost an older hearing aid during COVID-19. I was told that I would always be able to find them since it had Bluetooth technology. The ONLY reason I went with the Starkey. Yesterday, when I was away from home, I dropped my hearing aid and was unable to locate it on either of my two iPads or iPhone. The hearing aid had been fully charged less than two hours previously. So it was not a low battery issue. However, as had happened frequently, the app and the hearing aid had failed to pair after the charge (or subsequently lost the Bluetooth pairing). So once again the Bluetooth did not function and my hearing aid is lost. THE MOST EXPENSIVE AND WORST HEARING AID I EVER HAD. UPDATE: Thank you for your concern. I don't know if in the same pocket or in my lap is close enough. As I stated previously, the app and the hearing frequently failed to pair and/or lost the pairing. One of the iPads showed it had not been connected for 4 months; the other 26 days. Although I had been streaming content regularly on both devices. The iPhone showed it had not been connected for 4 days although I had used the phone at least 5 times in the previous 3 days.
