Crashes
It is a great idea but it freezes every time you navigate away from the app also just randomly. Usually if you wait 20 sec or so it will work again but tonight I couldn’t do anything. Not even close the app. I had to tell Siri to restart my phone.

I love this supply. It easy to use and work excellent for monitoring the levels of high and low, so it is the best way to control my glucose. Only one thing I have is the itching underneath of the sensor and after changed new one.

United StatesAppreciate an App but it’s buggy
I love having the option of using an app to reorder but it’s constantly freezing and crashing. Often skips pass the fingerprint login or it opens an closes so fast you don’t even have time to put your thumb on the reader. It’s sometimes takes several days for me to complete the order because the app freezes while adding items to the cart. This month it has been especially bad.

Ability to view, print and download Byram account statements and itemized invoices. Allowing Medicare orders with up to 30-day supply remaining (was 10-days). Provide alternative products for discontinued items. User experience improvements include activating a spinner when data is loading and preventing double tapping of submit buttons. Framework updates to the latest versions, plus various bug fixes and performance improvements.
