Clarity is clearly pathetic
One of the worst. Logging in is ridiculous. Not sure who designed and tested the app but clearly someone in high school.
Should be negative stars
Horrible functionality just like Dexcom cam and app
Garbage
Garbage just like the G7 app. They take your information, use it to pad their bottom line- and don't even have the decency to give you access to a copy. People have emergencies. They need to see every reading from the past 24hrs. Not useless simplified views for those with IQ's three deviations below.
The app would likely be great, if it would ever let me access my own information.
I’ve been using Dexcom for a few years now. I get weekly summaries of my numbers and target ranges from Dexcom Clarity; however, the app has not let me log into my account in about two years. I started going to a new doctor a few months ago and of course they wanted to be added as the provider and access my information. The app claims that there is no existing account for me, even though it sends my account information to my email and phone number. I’ve reset my password, tried changing my username, all of it. Yet every time I try to log into the app, it tells me I don’t have an account. Clearly, I have an account. I have logged in before and they have the correct contact information for me. The only way to access my information is through the website. The app is very buggy and even the times I have been able to log in, it has me logged out by the next time I try to open it. Maybe someone from the company will see this and try to fix the problem for me? I would love to be able to access my own medical data that I pay lots of money for.
Says it’s compatible but it only goes to February 29
Can’t change the date range using the app on my iPad!
Having Issues
I don’t know if anyone else has had this issue but my clarity app, even though it’s now nearly April only gives me data through February 15th of this year. I don’t know how to fix it so it gives me the most recent information.
Login with username or email
Terrible!!! I try to login to the app on my iPhone 14 Pro and with my username and it switches to my email in the next screen after hitting continue. It does not allow me to edit the username area so that I can correct it. It will not recognize my account because it sees my email as the username, not my actual username. I have tried to just enter my password and hope that it lets me into my account but it will not. Dexcom Please fix this! It’s sooooo frustrating!!!!
