I was having trouble signing in to my Baptist My Chart so I called the help desk phone number. I talked to COREY for several minutes and got everything straightened out! COREY was able to explain logically how to resolve the password reset process. He was KIND, very HELPFUL, and very KNOWLEDGEABLE and provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT! I believe that CoREY is a great asset to the Baptist Hospital System!!!

I really appreciate the care I receive from the Baptist Care Clinic- the location I visit at the reservoir location is excellent. My last visit was on a Sunday and I was really thankful that they were open that day. The staff is very friendly and efficient - I have seen Dr Patel several times, she is wonderful!
