Can’t register
Trying to create an account.. but it won’t let me get pass the create password. It gives you a check list to have at least 8 characters, upper and lowercase letters, and at least one special character. All are marked green, I go to submit and then it gives me a warning saying the password but only contain letters and numbers. I take the special character away and I still can’t continue.

App keeps freezing up and then I have to close the app and re open it to do anything on there. Many sections won’t let me in, doesn’t do anything when I click on it.

The app works, I guess. It can be hard to find what you’re looking for. I wish it was more user friendly. I also get stuck on a loading screen for a while pretty often when I use it. I avoid it when I can use the other app my company offers for a lot of things, but only this app shows full breakdowns of my claims and my EOB.
