My Doctor is the Best
I have been with Dr.Ellis for more than 20yrs. Thru those years he has seen me through colds all the way to cancer. He was able to help me get through the loss of my husband of 32 yrs. There’s not one other Doctor I would trust after reading reviews from others or from other medical professionals in this area. I’m happy to be able to say that he is my doctor & have been able to refer many of my friends to him. I have a close friend who is going thru a very traumatic experience of cancer & after going to many out of country doctors he’s now placed his trust in my doctor. So has other family members of his. Dr. Ellis is knowledgeable & willing to help, listen & go that extra mile for you. I hope to be with Dr.Ellis for a long time. Thank you Dr. Ellis of South Creek Clinic.
Dissatisfied
I have never been so disappointed in a doctor with Mercy maybe it’s just the hospital that I’m going to now is Mercy south they have no compassion and they too busy justifying clarifying what they did and did not do instead of having compassion for the patient and the pain, the surgeon was great but some of the attendance of the practitioners by phone monitor are very rude .I’m speaking of Dr.Anis Thomas assistant Michelle she very confrontational
Where's my results?
I have not been able to review any of my ct scans or ultrasounds or other test since they have been done! It's been two weeks since I've had some of them and haven't been able to open any of the reports!!!! You all have changed this process and it stinks!! You say you can see your results but you can not!!!! I know why! If a patient sees the results and all is ok, they cancel the dr appointments follow ups I'm sure! However, in my case that isn't an option. I have to see dr regularly. My test results tell me if I need to be seen sooner rather than later. So fix what you disturbed please!!!
Cassville er and Cassville clinic
I felt Cassville er dr.cox and the Cassville clinic took my symptoms very lightly. Er first time was a $1,200.00 waste. We didn’t know any more than when we left. Came in with pain in the gallbladder area. And they give my a EKG and when I looked at my blood results of liver enzymes kept climbing and no Ct, MRI , exray , ultrasound My anemia is still super low. But didn’t seam to be too concern. I sent emails to my LPN and it same thing, not concerned Had another episode went to er in Cassville. Dr Kahn I believe was the doc on call and seamed to be more alarmed Even wanting to send me ambulance but we drove ourselves did ct in er and then said you will have to go to get that gallbladder out. So confused why the first er visit didn’t do anything Had surgery next morning for doc to take gallbladder out and she was amazing. Dr hand is her name Said it should have been taken out 10 yrs ago it was that bad. Had to cut muscle and stretch it to try to release the gallbladder. These other visits could have been avoided and financial costs if Had been a little more concerned. From the first visit. I’m still alive and up right so I can’t complain. But I’m tired of docs or lpn not taking my issues serious enough and look at me with 5 heads. Like I’m the crazy nut job. If I say there’s something off or feel odd and I can’t explain. I would like not to feel like I’m crazy and have respect for what I’m saying. I do have to shoutout to the nurses and docs that took care of me in Arkansas Nurses Rob,Tabitha ,Esmeralda? ,Naomi They all were amazing and fun. They need raises seriously best I’ve seen The nurses in Cassville the 2nd time were on top of things and great as welll. No lingering they got it done. And super sweet
So Handy, Informative. Essential!
I’m having surgery soon and have had several pre-op testings. The process could be confusing & overwhelming, but this essential app keeps everything organized and test results at your fingertips. Highly recommend!
Down in different areas a lot
Many times I access MyMercy only to find that I cannot access certain parts of it. Buy certain parts I meanThree or four places or more. Happens all too often Best thing about MyMercy is that you can keep track of appointments. The info the doctors provide concerning your tests can only be understood by……another doctor. They need to explain it in language for the common man.
Quick to Update
Any test that I have done (xray, mri, blood work, urine tests) always update within 24-48 hours.
