Doesn’t load all the required fields
When requesting medication refills, none of the medications are listed in the drop down menu. Constantly getting error messages when trying to load medical profile.
Not user friendly
Please fix the messaging functionality for IOS. You can’t type a message so why release the functionality if it doesn’t work? Stick to the MVP until you can release a product that works.

i have to log in every time i open the app the face id never works, i try to send a message and i can’t even see what i’m typing bc they keyboard is in the way. i don’t get any notifications cause anytime i close the app it logs me out.

Super slow non native user interface.
Strong passwords not supported
I’ve tried using a strong, 20 character password on my mobile device through the app and chrome for iPhone - neither worked. It worked without any issues in chrome on my laptop so long as you close and reopen the browser after changing your password and possibly waiting a period of time. The only time I’ve been able to get a password to work on mobile is by making it eight characters - which is super weak and a feeding frenzy for hackers. The worst part is that they don’t tell you the password requirements anywhere on the password reset screen or account creation screen.
