We’re here to support you and help keep you healthy, and the app is free. Just sign up with the download code we sent you. CareTN works with Apple Health for certain care programs, such as those that provide a step count task. Seek a doctor’s advice before making any medical decisions. This app is designed for education and to provide support between provider visits. If you're enrolled in an eligible care program you may connect a glucometer to share readings with your care management team, but should continue to check with your doctor before making any changes to diet, exercise, or treatment plan.

United StatesHow is this lack of prenatal care not illegal?
The customer service in this app didn’t address any of our questions and continuously gave us incorrect instructions as to how to file a claim and what is covered on our plan. One rep outright refused (repeatedly) to tell us which prenatal services are or are not covered or where we can access information about what is or is not covered. She claimed that there is no existing document that contains information about what is covered in our plan. How is this legally possible? I’ve not had this kind of issue with United or Cigna - if you can, don’t waste your time or money with BCBS or this app.

No options for meds taken only once a month. No option for meds taken as needed. Once revising a med, the app creates two. I wanted to delete one. No method to delete. If you update a med, it shouldn’t create a second selection. Update should overlay leaving one med.
