Update what?
Used to love the ease of using the app vs. the website, but all of the sudden it tells me that the version I have is no longer supported and to update the app. I have looked, refreshed, uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted and summoned the health portal gods. Where the heck is the update I'm supposedly supposed to have/use? Why create such an information-sensitive app and then not keep up with it?
App is not letting me update it
I keep getting a notification saying I need to update the app but it’s not giving me the option to do so
Update
Please update the darn app
App sign in
Keeps telling me to to update but there is no update. Won’t let me sign in. Has worked great for several years but not so good now.
App unusable now
You have made the app unusable now that you are forcing users to update their iOS version. Some older phone users cannot update.
Useless, app won’t open!
Title says it all!
I have alerts that I can’t get rid of!
I have alerts that I can’t get rid of! When I have an alert that I have a message, it goes away after I read it. However, I have two alerts that I just can’t get rid of. One is a Covid booster reminder which I have no intention of getting and the other says I have an unread message which is not correct. Very frustrating.
