The TennCare Connect app is for Tennesseans who have applied for or are receiving insurance through TennCare, CoverKids, and Medicare Savings Programs. From the convenience of your smartphone, you can access many of the self-service features of TennCare on the web. Manage and view your cases anytime you want – right from your phone. You can use the TennCare Connect app to check the status of your case, review your health plan information, view your letters, or send us a photo of required documents. If eligible, you can update your contact information, household information, add/update pregnancy records, and add/update your assisting person. You can also add/update your household’s employment income, self-employment income, or other income (not from a job). Our app works best with smartphones. So easy to use!
I find it so easy to use the menu and the app itself. It made renewing a smooth process!
Won’t open to see
I downloaded the app to my iPad Air2; it had been removed since I hadn’t used it in a bit. I open it, a blue screen shows for a second & disappears. I am back on my home page. What are the device requirements to work on an iPhone, iPad Air2, and iPad? Normally the Apple App Store says if an app works on the device that pulls it up. This does not... I need to know ASAP! I will update review once I can see the app.
App won’t even open!
I have deleted the app, reinstalled it, and it still won’t open.
Won’t load
I downloaded the app and every time I click on it it won’t pull up this is a big problem cause I need to read the letters but can’t why can’t you fix this please
Submission and resubmission
I think the app works great, but I’ve received alerts more than once to submit info that I’ve already submitted and can see in the documents submitted tab. Maybe it takes awhile for the updated status to apply, but it’s been over 2 weeks.
Too slow
The system need to be more fast and not so slow.
Friendly app
This app is great, and if I cannot find something, all I have to do is call Tenn Care and they’re right on it. Wonderful service.
