Not User Friendly
Going through the app to complete the various tasks to receive the rewards is a major headache. You click on Rewards, and then go to the task you’re working on, say the Wellness Webinars for example. Once you click on the webinars, you can not just access the webinars, you have to click on another link that takes you to another Rewards page, and then you have to scroll through the options again to find what you want. The webinar recordings that are available do not always play right away, and it took me forever to actually get them started. Once I had finally gotten a webinar recording to play, it froze on me multiple times and even logged me out of the app, which forced me to go back in and start all over. Also, the scavenger hunts, and the Active Health one in particular, are not easy to complete. Once again, clicking on Rewards and then whichever scavenger hunt you choose, requires you to click on another link taking you to another Rewards page where you again have to scroll through all of the options to get to the scavenger hunt again and find the questions. For the Active Health scavenger hunt, that process had to be repeated with every question answered because you could not keep the questions up and search through the app for the answers. There was no easy way to get back to the questions. And after all of the time and frustration spent to get the rewards, once I ordered my digital gift card, it never arrived. I have a confirmation that shows I ordered a digital gift card and that my email address is correct, but it never came. I reached out to their customer service and still haven’t heard back. And now I will probably be taxed for a gift card that it seems I’m unlikely to ever receive. I would rate this app and health insurance company 0 stars if I could.

Do not waste your time with this app they will not give you your money for the rewards you complete. The absolute worst.

App not working
Downloaded because of my new health plan. Everytime I start the app it pretends I have never logged in and asks me to set a pin and allow faceID for sign in. Can't get anywhere beyond that in the app.
Good luck on updates
Keep getting messages from the app to initiate a health screening that was done 2 months ago. Follow up with CS produces nothing. Underwhelming.
