Worst doctor portal I have ever used
So many things are poor but the main one is that, when composing a message, there is no pick-list for To: or Cc:, and the app won’t search for names or accept a name. So basically you can’t send a new message. I have to use the web page, which is still very limited but at least lets me do this one simple thing. I don’t know where all the four star reviews come from. I’m deleting the app so I don’t continue to frustrate myself.

Password reset is terrible
I’ve tried resetting my password and every time I click on the reset link, it redirects me to the app. The doesn’t give me the option to enter a new password just takes me to the log in screen. Makes no sense.
Not user-friendly!
App is the worst I've ever used. I certainly don't mind checking in early, but make the app work!
No good
App is nonfunctional. I use practice mailer.com code but nothing appears in the web page. The web page is blank. Token info is in entry line at top of web page. I asked my doctor to resend it but same result, A Blank Page. A waste of my time.
Don’t like this app.
I cannot log in. I tried to reset my password and I get an email to click on a link. The link takes me to the app and it does not give me an option to reset my password. It’s just a vicious circle. I click on need help and it just takes me to virtual visits.
Hard to use with multiple providers
This app is very hard to use with multiple providers. You have to log out and enter provider information for each provider. Information in the app is minimal, not very useful. Other apps (Healow, MyChart, etc) are far better and easier. Not impressed.
