Takes forever to get ahold of someone
Everyone works remotely and internet is all over the map. They just want to take your name and number and call when it works for them. Also, they no longer accept credit cards. Kiss your float goodbye. Look for a bigger vendor in my opinion.

Just got the new update. The app has been steadily improving with updates. Now actually usable. Now the documents load in a reasonable time. New update gives access to scanned documents. Good job team. Pls continue to work on improving speed.

This app is dreadful. The search engine is obsolete with no update on CPT and ICD codes in last couple of years. Worse yet charges can be billed and present in outbound but not show up in the billers que. This is an app with potential to really damage a physicians productivity.

The app is useful to look up info on the fly. However, there are several limitations most important being any faxed reports or notes are not visible. Additionally, the interface is very slow and takes several seconds to log as any page. I hope they work on performance enhancement.
