Why do I need this app?
I’m thrilled to hear my provider will no longer be using this app from Klara. Why make me have this app in addition to my portal app? The current portal app my doctor gives has all I need with messaging, test results and all mine and my kiddos appointments. Klara should figure out a way not to have to have the app…can’t wait to not use it.
Constantly makes me re-sign in
Despite checking remember device I have to enter a new SMS code seemingly every time I close and reopen the app.
Good for messages, useless for attachments
This is a convenient app for sending and receiving text messages, but it’s absolutely useless for receiving attachments, as clicking the “forward” or “download” icon opens the attachment but then locks the app on the attachment view. Your only option is to force close the app.
Solid app, as long as you don’t mind logging in every time
It’s a good app, and it’s super convenient to text with your doctor if they use this system. The only thing is there doesn’t appear to be a way to stay logged in, or even use Face ID or something to get in quickly. Maybe it’s a HIPAA thing, but even if I was just in the app a few minutes prior, I have to reenter my info, wait again for a code to be texted to me, and so on. Even a text from my doctor saying a message is waiting still requires after the full login that you tell the app which doctor’s office you want to communicate with. Just seems like the app could be easier than a private browser that treats you like a stranger who has to start over from scratch every time. Can you guys make this easier somehow?
Absolute Garbage
Patient to doctor communication is not something to take lightly. This app functions less reliably than a photo filter app from 2011. It literally has sent me in a loop of entering my phone number and putting in the verification code 12 times and I still cannot log in. It’s extremely stressful and pathetically bad for an app of such importance. Depressing how few things actually work as advertised anymore.
