Internal Server Error Occurred
It’s been impossible to download the digital key for my new vehicle, arguably one of the most useful features on an app like this. It hangs at the verification step after sending a text to my phone. The dealer has not been helpful and neither has Lexus support. Great cars, way behind on integrating software.

This app usually works great when synced with the SUV, however, it randomly stops working and asks for a pin. I don’t think that I have ever set one either. How is one expected to drive around a major city that one is unfamiliar with and enter a pin that one doesn’t remember. It is infuriating and dangerous. Lexus, when one pays as much as you charge for a vehicle and you require an app to use the car play, how does it make sense for the app to stop working 30 minutes into a drive and ask for a passcode. Do better!

Only received one key fob. Needed the app for the other drivers. Well the app crashes every time you want to do any of the commands. No key and no app I won’t be leasing a Lexus again.

This app needs major overhaul. For example, it states that recent trips will be available within 24 hours. Actually they are NEVER AVAILABLE. Then they tell you that they must be activated, but there’s no way this can be done. Please make this app better. Thanks!

Not sure why so many complaints I really haven’t had many issues with the app other then having to login every once in a while which is simple enough with “Sign in with Apple”. Remote commands work and has come in handy many times.
