Everytime I click “sign in” on the app it redirects me to the web browser Safari. When I log in and chat, all the notifications go through the app although the app isn’t letting me sign into it. I’m not wanting to use safari. I’m wanting to use the app! Please fix this issue!

I have left a domestically abusive relationship and things have been CRAZY , I’m living with my mother , money is tight thanks to Christmas and my sons birthday (conveniently two days before Christmas), anyways, this app has made it so much easier for me to get my prescriptions refilled! I didn’t have to worry about gas, babysitter, running into my abusive ex, etc etc. Thank you Doctor Harnack, and the developer of this app. You really helped more than I can explain!!

1. If it’s only for a small number of states list them up front in the App Store description. 2. After downloading it showed me a support chat but said support is offline. 3. You have to make a totally separate account with separate credentials from the rest of UHC (dumb, and bad for security). 4. You don’t find out your state isn’t supported until after you download and make a new account.

Would not download on Android so I tried using my iPhone it was able to download but the video call does not work only shows me and the rest is a blank screen. I can not hear or be heard from the doctor trying to call me. Please get this fixed so that it can be used to help stop the spread of COVID.
