I like working in the reset as it allows me to work on healthy eating, developing new habits at my own pace, while still allowing for celebrations without feeling guilty. I like that I choose my days to reset.

I did not find the app in the least bit helpful. The recipes are time consuming and most sounded unappetizing. I tried to ask for a refund immediately after I made the mistake of purchasing this app only to be told I would get access to this app for a lifetime. They don’t seem to care or understand I don’t like the app and still would not use it even if it were free. Do yourself a favor and join weight watchers You can at least get a person to talk to

This is working for me. I do reset 3 days a week and lose 3 lbs a week. I love the recipe’s and if one day is hard I know the next day I can eat whatever I want to.
