Utilize the phone number sent in emails from GPlans for setting appointments and setting things in motion. The staff is super attentive but the app is a little care bones. It doesn't seem to keep up completely with appointments and meds but it does great with weekly check ins. The doctors are nice and helpful. Especially the one I met with today! Also you can use utilize the settings to opt out of the food plan service. Don’t think you HAVE to buy food. However, if you do, the meals are pretty good!

I can’t afford to continue this and have called to cancel MULTIPLE times now and I’m still being charged. There is no way to edit payment information in the app so it’s also not like I can just remove my card. This is an absolute nightmare. Even if it was worth it, getting out of it being this complex and taking this long means I will NEVER recommend this to anyone.

From the food to the medication delivery, it's been a nightmare. My last heating with a provider was very unprofessional. They practically yelled at me. It was very uncomfortable. I was billed for a third time without even getting my second round. I want a refund and to cancel due to our representation but no one answers the phone or online help center.
