This app does not do what it says it does. I downloaded it, and bought it subscription since I stated that I had a 14 day trial. Following writing to them to cancel subscription they denied it. They said they could only issue it if there were problems, that is not what it said when I purchased the subscription.

Having to purchase this app before verifying what they’re sell is a TOTAL SCAM. I spent $39 on a one-month subscription for what was advertised as a “carb cycling meal plan” only to discover that once I was in the app, there is no such option. Only Keto, Mediterranean, or Paleo. VERY DISAPPOINTED and still trying to recover the fee as this was falsely advertised in Google. I also immediately cancelled my monthly subscription and I cannot get back into the app for the month I paid for. Don’t waste your money or energy with this company.

This app is awful. Charged me $30. When I signed up for the free version. Now I can’t access anything on the app as setting up account fails on the last screen(sign in with email). I tried 3 times. Then there is no access to cancel!!! I want my money back.

There are a few shortcoming that I have experienced. You select a meal from the options provided but can’t make any modifications. If you only eat 1/2 too bad, you log the entire meal. You can’t add anything that isn’t in the meal options. You can see previous days meals, but none of the other logs like water or steps. It will take my steps from the health app on my phone, but not any other workout info. So my Peloton workouts don’t count for anything. I can’t even manually add them. Then there is the poor programming that can’t do simple math. The weight loss/gain calculations are almost always wrong. For example 204.1 - 203.6 is only 0.4 according to the app.
