I downloaded this app first because I saw an ad on Instagram. I only had this app for one day before I realized that all of these moves I can find for free on YouTube. I went to go delete my account and a pop message came up stating that I needed to make sure I cancelled my subscription. It took me a good 5 minutes to find that option. It was in the smallest print all the way down on the page. So I click it and it immediately sent me to my Subscriptions on my Settings and that was it. I have no active subscriptions but it wasn’t in my inactive subs. I promise you I hit that ‘cancellation’ button at least 15 times! And it kept sending me to my Settings. So in good faith because I didn’t see it as ACTIVE or INACTIVE. I deleted my account and soo and went about my life. As of today, they took out $119 from my bank account and I haven’t even bought my groceries yet. No phone number. No live chat. Just a simple email with a response on the title “Hey Love❤️”. I have sent them emails for a refund and no response. Save your money and time. Literally all of these are on YouTube. It’s just the name at this point. Great progress for those that utilize this app it’s just not worth it. Especially when the cancellation button is not easy to find. Zero stars.

The updates everyday are annoying. I thought this app would add the meal plans needed to help make your goal but it doesn’t. The glute program focused on everything but the glutes more of a full body workout. I like her instagram workouts better.

Did a required update, and made me login completely again and when in the app it deleted all of my progress. Been using the app for over a year and it deleted everything. I was in the middle of a challenge and it made me start all over. Very disheartened by this. I looked forward to see how far I had come. Love the workouts but this hiccup really upset me :(

Getting frustrated with the app and its customer service. First I am being charged multiple times only to not being able to access the the entire app and being asked to choose a subscription after already doing so and being charged. That issue was resolved only to have access for a while then one day go to log into the app to find that I am required to pay for another subscription when it was already automatically renewed. If it doesn’t get worked out soon I want a refund and report them because this is crazy!
