App and costumer service
Videos and workouts are awesome. Everything I need in the app to all the needed links. The only thing I have noticed within the app is if I leave the app and come back it plays a video and I have to chose another video to stop the video. The costumer service is amazing. They reply fast and have cash back, refunds that are offered within 24-48. The replies come within a few hours each time I have contacted. Definitely recommend and have gotten a few friends to sign up!

Update: You can’t cast to tv (ie chromecast) through the app, but if you login via web browser, you can select individual youtube workouts and cast that way. Not great but it’s better than having to breakout the laptop. Original: So annoyed I can’t cast to my tv. Please add this to the next update.

I have tried to use this app 4 times to do a challenge. Two of the four times it didn’t work. Just kept thinking. Very poor performance. Don’t waste your time.
