Absolute junk!
This app is buggy and can’t even show basic information linked to insurance benefits. Completely useless and even the FAQ just flashes continually. Looks like they hired someone’s gamer cousin with no IT experience to develop this. Uninstalling as it’s of no service.

Worthless app. Leave it to CVS to screw things up. The in-store scan feature has been saying “coming soon” since January! It’s now mid-April! If this is acceptable to Aetna Advantage members, I’ll be switching Advantage Plans at next Medicare enrollment period. 😡

I completely agree with the review written by TelzyA, but want to add that there’s also no way to log out. I shop for both myself and my husband and I needed to log out of my account to log into his and I couldn’t. I had to close the app, wait an hour or more until it finally timed out on its own, and then I could log in into the other account. And that’s not even addressing the fact that the only items this wonderful “benefit“ is good on are CVS brand! And items change monthly so it’s impossible trying to keep up.

I don’t have much time left. Thanks for wasting my entire morning as I patiently tried in vain to get this colossal failure of an app to place a simple order of three items. So frustrating! Zero stars! Unless of course you count all the stars I’m seeing from my high blood pressure. Thanks a lot. Be better. Seriously.

This app is a horribly poor attempt at programming. Not quite sure that they any idea of what is really needed for user input or how the prompts are normally presented in an actual user friendly app. You usually get timed out prior to completion of your product selection. No scanning capability as advertised in the furnished instructions. Should never have been released to the public in this development condition.
