This is the worst app I ever had for my OTC. I do not understand why health first switched the app that they used prior to this one or before this one whatever the point that I’m making here today is I cannot login I can login it’s just you can’t see nothing. You can’t order anything when you click on something you don’t see anything else, this is a waste of time and I wish first would switch to a different kind of product that we can use one that preferably let you login and order stuff and see everything but I guess gotta wait until the year to get another one. don’t waste your time.

First step to use this App is to setup an on-line account for your OTC benefits with your Healthcare Insurance Provider. That process needs all the normally required Health plan account numbers, dob, email address, standard set of security questions, etc., and a user name & password. Then download and install this app. Sign in with the user name and password you created with for your Health Plan OTC account and you are done.

I try to use this app in conjunction with my Priority Health OTC benefit. Like a previous post cannot even get beyond setting up account. There seems to be some disconnect with the app interfacing with Priority. Useless.
